1_ Zar requirements:
details of specific requirements of Zar spring manufacturing company has been compiled in a booklet titled “Zar requirements for contractors” in 2008.
The purpose of compiling of this guide is to determine how desired quality can be gained in product development. In this system, attempts will be made to guarantee product quality from the first project definition and by using of preventive measures in the form of quality tools and systematic methods

2- Evaluation of contractors
the aim of this process is to select appropriate suppliers who can meet the service and production requirements of company in compliance with integrated management list in the organization and customers’ needs.
This activity includes of evaluation of all suppliers (foreign / domestic) and also producers and sellers of tools and production equipments, semi-made material, raw materials, accessories and complementary services on semi products and...

3_ Internal Audit
the purpose of compiling of this executive method is planning and conducting of internal audit of integrated management system of Zar spring manufacturing company. According to this process , all effective activities on integrated management system in the field of leaf and parabolic spring, grader blade and all work place which are responsible for related activities with audited integrated management lists and for checking the results will be announced in specified periods (According to audit time table).

4- Product audit
To ensure of the quality of produced products and determination of products quality level, methods of Sapco and Zazegostar will be accomplished for executive SQFE of product audit and according to the regulation of all automobile manufacturer products on a monthly basis. Moreover, gained results will be studied for process review and corrective and preventive measures.

5-Process audit:
To ensure of meeting the needs of specified requirements for production process, (All produced products) executive method of process audit will be done in accordance with regulation of ISO/Ts 16949 standards and in specified periods for auditing of all production processes related to Zar company.

6_ FMEA
Failure mods and its potential effects is  a risk  analyzing technique and on weekly basis it  will be used by the person in charge of process team and for ensuring of necessary measures concerning of failure mods and related causes. The aim of this executive method is finding possible risks in the products and in the process.

7_ MSA
the purpose of compiling of this executive method is acquiring information regarding existent fluctuations and their amount in measuring process and to ensure that fluctuation of measuring system is acceptable by comparison of process fluctuations.

8_ SPC
in Zar Company for decreasing of losses and redoing of works,
This tool is used in some of production stations and also A,B of this method will be used for control charts and quantitative and descriptive with the grade of importance and agreed parameters with the customer.

5S
In Zar Spring manufacturing company, execution of this process will make simple and appropriate culture for establishment of arrangement and decoration in work place. This matter is effective in increasing of personnel motivation, performance and finally, quality of their works.

In 2007, Zar Spring manufacturing company obtained the certificate of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) from institute for productivity of Iran as a representative of European EFQM.

Method:

Creation of working teams based on EFQM criterions and self-assessment periodically, to figure out weakness and strength points, specifying of improvement projects are major operational phases of execution of this process.
