for enhancing of continuous quality improvement and improving of customer satisfaction, quality control department in addition to perform the following items in order to increase staff knowledge and use of modern measuring equipment and tools has ongoing and continuous activity
Inspection and control of product features during production time
Inspection and supervision of production process
Final inspection of the product
Implementation of SPC for important features of the product
Study and giving comments on customer’s complaints
Analyzing the returned product  report from customers in order to provide solutions for reducing of the complaints.
Regarding improvement in production technology, many projects have been accomplished in the company which some of them are as follows:
_ Automation for testing machines of the springs
_ Replacement of Trans universal machines with automatic units and CNC trans
_ Replacement of old control systems with the latest control hardware and software
_ Making digital precise measurement devices
_ Product technology
_ Increase in spring longevity by improving of production process (increasing of working stress from  MPa 150 to MPa 1350)
_ Reducing of decarburization level
